Estimated time for this process:

Enrolment - 10 minutes

Background app installation - 20-30 minutes (This may cause some applications to close down and reopen)

Enrolling your company owned device into Mosyle, which is a mobile device management platform, allows your organisation to manage the device more efficiently and effectively.

Upon enrolling your device you will notice an application named Self Service is installed. Self Service is a portal in which managed applications can be downloaded onto your device, this means you don't have to worry about app updates, as these will be done automatically!

  1. On your Mac, open Safari and visit this URL 👉🏻 https://join.mosyle.com/?account=oxwash

  2. Sign in with your Google account.

  3. A file will automatically download.

  4. Open System Settings (or System Preferences if you’re running macOS Monterey or older)

  5. Search for Profiles

  6. You'll see the profile waiting to be installed. Double click it.

  7. Click Enrol.

  8. Once installed, you’ll notice the Safari page refresh and should present a welcome message! You can now close Safari.

  9. You may notice some apps or notifications pop up as part of the initial enrolment process.

  10. You will see that an application named 'Self Service' will install automatically.

You will be able to elevate your permissions on the device to an administrator if needed too. Open the Self-Service app and click the Admin-on-demand section, then click through the prompts. You will get 5 minutes of administrator rights, after which you will need to elevate again if you require longer.
